The sales rep who came here selling me the loft insulation and the solar panel system was professional and determined in finding the right solution for me. Installers of loft insulation were rather quick, they did not leave much dirt or excess material. Showed up on time - they were good in explaining the installation procedure.
Stressful job with pressuring customers to buy while being pressured by office, no expenses paid, long hours, lots of driving, questionable leads, not great pay for most of salespeople. Arrived on time and work was carried out in quoted timeframe. Very pleased the the completed work, would use them again and would recommend.
Our experience was wonderful
Suggested companies are based on people’s browsing tendencies. We are getting a second opinon without having someone invade our home. We had to ask him several times to leave us so we didn't have to discuss our financial matters in front of a third party. Apparently by leaving the property the 'offer' was no longer valid. Company insisted both of us were present so we moved our day round to accomodate.
Had the job done very professional, no mess, very sociable delighted with the outcome . From initial enquiry to installation…Review from happy customers. Don't know if it works yet because I haven't put the heating on but I think I can feel a difference anyway with not such varying temperatures in different rooms.

However the experience was not quite as good as the company seem to have a small communication problem especially when booking a job and then not attending as promised. This insulation is an excellent product and is noticeable the difference it makes in the conservatory. There sales team contacted us showing videos and graphs of the product. The whole experience from start to finish was pleasant, polite, professional, concise and every step explained.
Within a few days from them contacting me, on 21st October, an engineer came to do a survey and gave me a quote for the work. This was reduced by government grants which Home Logic applied for on my account. The work was carried out 3 working days later. The workmen were on time and worked very quickly and quietly. They made very little mess and cleared up everything before they left. Home logic came in to spray insulate our loft, the guys arrived on time, were very polite and helpful, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards.

I would highly recommend this product and this firm. Had the underside of the roof insulated by Home Logic. Workers polite and wasted no time in getting the job dome. Already noticed more comfortable lower temperature in the loft during the hot weather. Have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone wanting roof insulation. The workmen were polite at all times and cleaned up afterwards.
Professional service
I was delighted with the explanation about the spray foam loft insulation and the price quoted. Workmen arrived on time, were polite and friendly. Job was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. None of that was discussed in the OVERLY lengthy meeting. The day rolls up when we were supposed to get the foam insulation installed and no one arrived.
The two chaps were very helpful in getting the loft prepared when they didn't expect to do it. They were tidy and quick, making sure the floors were covered. The actual job looks fine to me, but i'm not an expert at these things. The loft was bigger than they expected but they worked very hard and got the job one.
He organised the date of installation and gave us an idea of what to expect. We had a follow up call on Monday thanking us for our order, we also got a call Monday advising us what time to expect the fitters on the next day. Tom and George were on time and worked hard to get the job done and more importantly cleared up and left the room clean when they left. All in all it was a positive experience - well done. The loft foam installation I had installed has made my house warmer and saved money on heating. The installation was quick, efficient and carried out with remarkably little disruption.
The heat retention within the property has increased significantly and that is providing a considerable reduction in my energy usage. The company arrived on time and were very friendly. They ensured that all areas were covered and protected. The process right from the day of contact till installation is fine and smooth.
